Template — requires professional legal review

This document is an initial template written for a pre-launch website. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and adapted by a legal professional — taking account of the jurisdictions you operate in and regulations such as GDPR and CCPA — before CallShark is used in production or handles real customer data.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at callshark.io. By using the site, you agree to them.

CallShark is a pre-launch preview. These terms cover the website only. They do not constitute an agreement for the supply of any software product or service, and no such product is currently available.

1. About this website

This website describes a product that is temporarily down. Features presented here may change, may be delayed, or may not be released at all. Some functionality described here does not exist yet.

Interface images on this site are original design mockups, not screenshots of a live system. Any figures presented as illustrative are modelled examples, not measured results.

2. No product or service is being offered

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to supply software, an offer to sell, or a binding commitment to deliver any feature by any date. Pricing has not been announced, no checkout or payment processing exists, and accounts cannot be created.

3. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it.
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site's content without our permission.

4. Information you submit

The demo request form on this site does not transmit or store your details, because the site has no backend. You should not rely on it to reach us, and you should not enter confidential information into it.

If you send us feedback by email, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve CallShark without obligation or compensation, while remaining free to use your own ideas as you wish.

5. Intellectual property

The CallShark name, logo, written content, design system, and interface mockups on this site are our property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Names of other companies and products mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are referred to for identification and comparison only.

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind regarding the site, including as to accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The content of this site is general information about a product that is temporarily down. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to the site and to these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website at any time. We may also revise these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms has not yet been determined and must be set as part of the legal review noted at the top of this page, based on where CallShark is established and where it operates.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@callshark.io.
